We Build People

This program is a practical resource tool for our churches to bring people into the body of Christ, then motivate, equip, and release them for ministry to others.  It lays out a practical four-step program for building people.

Base 1 – Include Them

Base 2 – Instruct Them

Base 3 – Involve Them

Base 4 – Invest Them

We need to become more effective and intentional at building people and diligent regarding Jesus’ command “Make disciples…teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you”  (Matt. 28:19,20)

Ultimately, of course, it is the Lord who builds His Church (Matt. 16:18).  In that edifice He is the Chief Cornerstone, and the apostles and prophets who wrote the Scriptures are the foundation (Eph. 2:20).  We are the “Living Stones” He is using too build a spiritual house (1 Peter 2:5).  The Holy Ghost invites us to be part of the construction process by building up ourselves in the faith (Jude 20) and building up other also (1 Thess. 5:11).  We are told how to build (1 Cor. 3:10). Why?  Because all of us, as Christians, are building something.  And one day our construction will be tested to determine whether or not we built well (Matt. 7: 24-27; 1 Cor. 3:12-15).

Building people requires “People Building” thinking.  Thinking toward the individual and thinking toward discipleship.  Then, teach toward the individual and teach toward discipleship.

It’s a way of life for those who want to make a difference – who want to

“BUILD PEOPLE”

As you learn this process, and incorporate this process into your life, you will find yourself becoming eternally productive in your walk with the Lord and service to His people.
